We say:
MY WIFE

Teacher’s Note
Be very careful with the incorrect form here. It can seem very rude to say “My woman” instead of “my wife”. You may come across in the wrong fashion to guests, friends or colleagues.
The same rule applies if you are talking about someone else’s wife.
