Can you use the correct form in a sentence?
The past participle of “to hide” is “hid”. The past simple is formed by adding the past participle of the main verb to the subject of the sentence.
“Hid” is an irregular past participle. Be very careful with this one and be sure to revise it wisely along with other irregular verbs.
It’s important not to assume that all verbs are conjugated in the same way.
