I HEAR MUSIC

Join Our School

We say:

I LISTEN TO MUSIC

Teacher’s Note

“I listen to music” is the correct form to use when you are discussing active consumption of music, for example, listening to music with your headphones.

“I hear music” is only used if you are not actively listening and music begins to play, you hear it but you were not listening to it.
