“This is a way to talk about a tired feeling that is more extreme than simply being tired. As in the example, something like a marathon could be exhausting.
Be sure to use this word in the right context. Don’t overuse this word instead of “tiring”. “Exhausting” is a more serious form. You can also use this word for someone or something that is very boring.”
